Until my daughter was born, I worked as a midwife at the Bielański Hospital. As I watched Iga’s development and how much joy she took from discovering new things and her own possibilities, I decided to make a U-turn in my career. I felt a desire to work with children, to accompany them in discovering the world, to observe them filling every day with happiness and inexhaustible energy.

My adventure with children started about three years ago when I got employed with a local children’s club. I grew to love Children and they loved me back, which helped me realize that was what I wanted to do in life: work with Children, drawing a lot of happiness and satisfaction from my job. This way I continue a family tradition: my grandmother was a pre-school headmistress, and my mother followed in her footsteps.   I measure my success by the happy faces of the Children in my care and their Parents’ satisfaction. I love cycling, reading lengthy books, listening to old vinyls and lazing around with my nearest and dearest.

  • She has completed a one-year course in the Maria Montessori teaching method at the Montessori Institute, Warsaw, and a 3-month course at the Higher School of Social Rehabilitation Education.
  • She has received training in pre-medical aid.
  • She has completed Level 1 and Level 2 Non-Violent Communication training provided by a certified NVC trainer Anna Mills.

Teaching is my passion. I was a volunteer for years, organizing holidays and trips for children from poor families, as well as acting and visual arts workshops. My job had little to do with education so when my four children grew up, I enrolled on education studies. At that time I became fascinated with alternative teaching methods, and especially the educational approach developed by Maria Montessori. I started working at a pre-school based on this approach to be able to combine my previous work experience with professional knowledge. For me, the most fascinating part of working with children is discovering the unique character traits that make each Child unlike any other, and make him or her a special person.

I wholeheartedly subscribe to the words of Janusz Korczak who once said “When a child laughs, the whole world laughs.” This is why I always do my best to put a lot of positive energy, open heart, mindfulness, understanding and sense of humour into my work with children. As a psychologist, I appreciate systemic approach so I attach great importance to having contact not only with children, but also with their parents. I am mom to Julka, aged 3, and in my free time I devour books and experiment with cooking.

  • He has completed education studies, specializing in early childhood and preschool education.

Children have inexhaustible energy; I try to keep up and discover with them the huge world full of great phenomena. I can also make something out of nothing, while for more complex tasks I need just a bit of sellotape . My free time is filled with astronomy, fantastic literature and playing the guitar.

  • Mother of two children (aged 3 and 6), her greatest teachers of empathy and sincerity

I actively support Conscious Development Foundation, which promotes peaceful methods of communication, including NVC, in Poland. I am interested in the world and people, I like to ponder over what makes people what they do. I value liberty, joy of life and good contact with other people. That is why I love working as a coach and helping others reach their inner wisdom.
